When I was first applying for job in the NBA, there was one thing on my resume that was giving me a chance to get an interview.

It was not my college degree. It was not my relevant experience. It was not my relationships and connections. All of those things are very important but those are things that most all candidates have. Those things get you in the pile. But how do you get someone to notice your resume in the pile?
