One of the first things in finding your Who… is being someone that people would want to invest in.
No one likes it when someone is entitled.
Everyone likes someone who is humble and has a high work ethic.
You do play a role in your Who finding and investing in you. Not only do you need to carry certain traits, you need to put yourself in situations where people who you would want to invest in you can and will. And this is true of any field whether business, sports, or otherwise.
