Getting a job in the NBA

As the NBA regular season came to a close, we began to see, even before the season was complete, the start of coaches and GM’s being fired.

One Head Coach or GM being fired is not just one. There’s a trickle effect. A trickle effect of firings and a trickle effect of opportunities.

I began my first Internship with the Trail Blazers working for Nate McMillan and Kevin Pritchard. Within a couple of years, there was a new GM. A year later, another new GM and a new Head Coach. And then another new Head Coach and another new GM.
