For 15 years, I worked in the NBA. And the longer you work, the less you realize you know. I thought I knew basketball when I started working in the NBA but realized how much I had to learn. And then the more I learned, the more I realized I had to learn.
And now, hosting these on-line courses, even as the host, I am learning something new each session.
Maybe it sounds like self-promotion but I can’t recommend our courses enough. If you’ve been reading and following along with GITG101, we would love to have you join our Draft Course.
This is our 3rd year and we are already seeing our students land jobs in the NBA, NCAA, G-League, and ESPN. And we’ll be bringing some of those students back on to share their experiences and encouragement with you.
We will also have our regular cast of NBA Personnel, Coaches, Scouts, Trainers, Analytics, Media, and more. It’s a power-packed couple of hours every Tuesday night.
The reason I believe so much in the GITG101 program and team is because they believe in you. Our team is continually in touch with our students, meeting up at Summer League, editing resumes, and giving guidance along your journey.
I was talking to our GITG101 staff today about how I have so many LinkedIn messages that I would typically respond to but just don’t have the time to anymore. It’s impossible to keep up with everyone… but it’s more than possible to keep up with those who invest in us so we can invest back in them.
