Below will be the e-mail exchange that led to the “Will Work Hard and Do Anything!” article.  It’s a great example of some small gestures that can be changed that can keep the conversation going.  Instead, it got killed.  Names / info will be changed, contents of e-mail will be the same.  And the reason I share is because I get this type of e-mail often so I am assuming many have made similar mistakes in communication.  Let’s tighten that up!
