Everyone’s path and journey is different.

I’m not here to tell anyone what they can or can’t do for themselves.  And regardless, there are always outliers to any situation. 

That being said, I would say 98-99% of entry-level positions in Basketball Operations are held by those with a college degree. 

And obviously, a college degree guarantees nothing.  Something you worked so hard for and yet, it’s simply a blip on your resume.  No one really cares what your GPA was or even what your degree was in.  It’s just a necessary line on a resume… you have a degree (in something, from somewhere).
