One of the hardest areas to juggle is when you have a domineering or narcissistic manager / Coach.  There are no shortage of these in professional or collegiate hoops.  They likely want to be the end-all, be-all which gives you little opportunity to grow, develop, and build relationships.  But if you are going to get your next opportunity, you need to grow, develop, and build relationships.  And as stated previously, Intel is a way to do that, a golden way to do that.
